The voucher is valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used to play in any of the Riddlehouse rooms at any time available on our website.
The gift certificate works on a prepaid card basis. The minimum amount you can pre-pay for a voucher is 100 PLN. The recommended amount is the value of the game.
Example:
We want to buy a gift for our parents for the game in the room “Catacombs”. We know that parents have free time on weekends. The cost of the game is 240 PLN for 2 people and we buy a voucher for this amount. If part of the amount from the voucher is not used (e.g. 40 PLN), it will lower the cost of the game during the next visit (taking into account the validity of the voucher).
The voucher can be purchased in three ways:
- in the premises at 25/1A Wilcza Street,
- online with shipment to the indicated address,
- online in PDF format with the option of collecting the physical voucher within the validity period.
How do I purchase a voucher online? Call us at 537 504 567 or send us an email at kontakt@zagadkownia.pl. We will send you your payment details in a return message. Depending on the option you choose, we will prepare a PDF of the voucher or send a physical voucher to the address you specify within 24 hours of receiving your payment.
Delivery options: by parcel machine (shipping cost 17 PLN) or by courier (shipping cost 20 PLN).
